In the Executive Alliance Program, Professor Gosselin establishes a close, long-term working relationship with the client.
Through the use of scheduled, on-site work days, Keith is able to develop a more productive and cooperative rapport with staff and participate in day-to-day operations. The result is that Keith is better able to work with senior management to develop innovative short & long-term strategic initiatives for the company.
Professor Gosselin commits to working at the client’s location a total of 12 days per quarter for 8 hours each day. The client has the option of either selecting one day of the week (e.g. every Wednesday), or using them on an “as needed” basis. In addition, Keith is available via cell phone and/or email whenever he is not on-site and guarantees a response to voice/text messages within one business day. The program is retainer fee-based and can be cancelled with just 30 days notice.
Therefore, the client receives a firm commitment with very little risk—Keith is that confident of his ability to provide significant value.
How Can He Do This?
The program is offered to a limited number of clients at any one time. Keith works with small-to-medium size firms in need of his unique talents to propel them to a much higher level of achievement. These companies do not have internal resources (i.e. time, money, executive staff) to plan, organize & implement business transformations. Rather than hiring a senior-level manager at an exorbitant salary and benefits, they prefer to work with a skilled, dedicated professional for a fraction of the cost!
Typical Strategic Initiatives

- Design & implement contingency plans linked to critical business factors.

- Identification of operational process improvements.

Apply: To put to or adapt for a special use.
Theories don’t always work in the real world. That’s why it is important to note that Professor Gosselin has applied his skills in marketing in a variety of Business-to-Consumer, Business-to-Business, and Business-to-Government industries for over 17 years.
ROI: Return On Investment; the benefits received from the resources committed to a particular marketing activity.
Keith identifies the most appropriate marketing techniques for the client and applies them so as to meet their specific needs and deliver optimal results.
It all begins with a plan
A well-structured plan not only clarifies a company’s direction, but improves the ability to predict, and react to, changes in the environment.
It can be used as a monitoring device to track progress and issue “red flags” when deviations occur. Being a strong proponent of contingency planning, Professor Gosselin has helped clients use their plans to identify actions before problems occur; what Keith calls “business preventive maintenance”. Creating a plan can also help management better communicate their vision to employees, leading to a cohesive effort towards common goals.
But, make sure it is a GOOD plan!
Professor Gosselin has created business & marketing plans for startups, as well as mature companies in a variety of industries. He can revise an existing plan, or create one from scratch. Professor Gosselin extracts from his diverse background to help his clients develop business strategies that challenge conventional thinking to identify new opportunities.
Once completed, Keith can oversee implementation of a plan, or use it to obtain needed financing. With an MBA in Finance and vast connections in the Financial Services industry, Keith has the ability to structure and arrange appropriate financing.

Business and marketing decisions can be greatly enhanced by the use of timely, relevant information gathered from the marketplace. Utilizing secondary research (free or inexpensive published data & reports) and low-cost primary research techniques (surveys, interviews & focus groups), Professor Gosselin is able to gather accurate data at the lowest cost possible.
Professor Gosselin's in-depth industry knowledge and hands-on experience in designing research projects allow him to provide insightful analyses leading to innovative recommendations. Typical research projects conducted include:
Customer Satisfaction - Measuring and tracking your company’s ability to meet the needs of your customers is imperative in today’s increasingly competitive environment. Professor Gosselin will identify your current customer service activities, select effective measurement techniques, benchmark results, and design processes that help you to continuously monitor customer satisfaction levels.
Employee Satisfaction - Understanding what motivates your employees and whether or not your organization is effective in this regard is an important tool in reducing employee turnover. Through interviews, Keith will identify your employees’ critical issues, develop tools for measuring your company’s capabilities and suggest ways to enhance quality of work life.
Market Segmentation - Understanding the different needs of your market is a necessity. Keith will help you to define current markets & sub-markets, identify needs within each segment and help you exploit opportunities.
Branding - Developing and maintaining a positive image of your company or its products increases profit margins and enhances customer loyalty!
After understanding current market perceptions, Professor Gosselin will walk you through the process of defining your brand image, determining how this differs from current market perceptions and developing a plan for effectively bridging the gap.

The design of marketing & sales materials should evolve from pre-determined objectives. Final products should achieve goals such as increasing lead generation, direct sales, brand awareness or education of the target audience. Supporting your sales force with quality tools keeps them highly motivated - which is one of the keys to increasing revenue.
From simple one-sided brochures to sophisticated interactive CD-ROMs, Professor Gosselin has designed hundreds of different types of marketing & sales collateral by graphically, visually, audibly and/or textually reflecting the goals of the tool that is needed. He does this by combining the use of proper design principles and inventive production techniques.
Keith makes sure that newly designed tools are consistent with existing materials so that they strengthen your overall marketing program. He will work with you from development of an initial creative brief through final production and on to establishment of tracking mechanisms to measure each tool’s effectiveness.
