In the Executive Alliance Program, Professor Gosselin establishes a close, long-term working relationship with the client.
Through the use of scheduled, on-site work days, Keith is able to develop a more productive and cooperative rapport with staff and participate in day-to-day operations. The result is that Keith is better able to work with senior management to develop innovative short & long-term strategic initiatives for the company.
Professor Gosselin commits to working at the client’s location a total of 12 days per quarter for 8 hours each day. The client has the option of either selecting one day of the week (e.g. every Wednesday), or using them on an “as needed” basis. In addition, Keith is available via cell phone and/or email whenever he is not on-site and guarantees a response to voice/text messages within one business day. The program is retainer fee-based and can be cancelled with just 30 days notice.
Therefore, the client receives a firm commitment with very little risk—Keith is that confident of his ability to provide significant value.
How Can He Do This?
The program is offered to a limited number of clients at any one time. Keith works with small-to-medium size firms in need of his unique talents to propel them to a much higher level of achievement. These companies do not have internal resources (i.e. time, money, executive staff) to plan, organize & implement business transformations. Rather than hiring a senior-level manager at an exorbitant salary and benefits, they prefer to work with a skilled, dedicated professional for a fraction of the cost!
